We are currently working exclusively with Pocket Herbs located in northern New South Wales to develop a range of baby micro leaves and herbs.
These products are the young seedlings, typically harvested after 7-14 days, intense in their flavours, vibrant and packed with nutrients, being Vitamins, A,B,C,E and K, Chlorophyll, Iron, Lecithin, Magnesium, Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), Phosphorous, Potassium, Amino Acids, trace elememts, Antioxidants and Proteins.
